future 5 Star Hotel, 24 hour security and private riding centre
complete with a 5,000m² dressage and show jumping arena (with
boxes for up to 64 horses).
The
18 hole Marbella Club golf course was designed by Dave
Thomas, one of the world’s most renowned golf architects,
is for the exclusive use of guests of the Five Star Marbella Club
and Puente Romano Hotels plus property owners on the Marbella Club
Golf Resort. With twelve minutes between tee times overcrowded rounds
are not a concern and morning tee times are guaranteed. Before or
after a round, the Marbella Club Clubhouse is an attractive thatched
cottage overlooking the 18th green and the lake of the 1st, offering
the perfect surroundings to relax and unwind.
Around
the stunning Marbella Club golf course there are fully licensed
plots of land with a minimum of 2,000m², many affording
glorious views of the Mediterranean Sea, the golf course, man-made
lakes and surrounding countryside.
Due
to the terrain and the size of plots, views from the houses
are mostly unaffected by neighbouring properties. All the necessary
services are provided, including a wide asphalted access road, water
and electricity. Each
plot or property for sale around the course comes with
a Right of Play for two people activated by an annual fee.
Prices
for the Marbella Club Golf Resort begin from around 500,000 Euros
for a 4,000m² plot of land.
